2020 අගෝස්තු 29 වන දා පටන් 'කලාභූමිය', නුගේගොඩ, ගංගොඩවිල, පාසල් මාවතේ 130A දරණ ස්ථානයට ගෙන ගොස් තිබේ.
මේ අභිනව නිවහනේ සිට 'කලාභූමිය' මෙතෙක් කල් අඛණ්ඩව පවත්වාගෙන ආ පාඨමාලා සහ අධ්‍යාපනික වැඩසටහන් වලට අමතරව නව පාඨමාලා සහ වැඩසටහන් ද ආරම්භ කිරීමට ආචාර්ය රෝහණ වීරසිංහ මහතා ප්‍රමුඛ අධ්‍යක්ෂක මඬුල්ල අදහස් කරයි. විශේෂයෙන් නර්තනය, නාට්‍ය සහ රංග කලාව ට අදාළ පාඨමාලා ආරම්හ කිරීමට කටයුතු සූදානම් වෙමින් පවතී. නව ස්ථානයේ ඇති වැඩි ඉඩකඩ සහ අධ්‍යාපන ආයතනයකට සරිලන පහසුකම් මේ සඳහා ඉවහල් වනු ඇත.
'Kalabhumi' has moved to a new location at 130A, Pasal Mawatha, Gangodawila, Nugegoda, with effect from 29th August 2020.
The panel of Directors headed by Dr. Rohana Weerasinghe intends to commence several new courses and educational programmes in addition to those hitherto conducted continuously. Dancing, Drama & Theatre are on the cards. The additional space and other facilities suitable for an educational institution available at the new location would be helpful in this regard.
